Keiko Asai was born in Taichung, Taiwan.
She learned Chinese healthcare medicine, Chinese dietary methods,
Chinese herbal medicine and about "qi", the vital energy, from her
grandfather, a Chinese well-known scholar. |

At three, started to learn western dance and creative
dance under Mr.Masafumi Mizuguchi. |

At sixteen, became the champion of backstroke in swimming
at All Taiwan Sports Meeting and kept it for five years thereafter. |

Was selected to swim in the Olympic Games. |

Learned traditional Chinese dance. |
● |
Presented a modern dance solo-show to be a pioneer
in modern ballet, modern dance, and jazz dance in Taiwan. |

Invited by Taiwan Central TV Bureau to play a leading
part in a film making the best use of her swimming and dancing talent,
and then became an actress under exclusive contract with the bureau. |

Given a reward for excellent acting, which made her
a "three-domain star" meaning she simultaneously lives in three different
fields -acting, dance, and sports. |

Wishing to have her own art, further studied traditional
Chinese dance in the stream of Chinese tradition. |

Learned Peking Opera under Mr.Sheng Su a great master. |
● |
Learned Tai Chi, Shaolin Kung-Fu, Single Sword, Double
Sword, Club, Spearmanship, Iron Fan, and Qi Gong under Chinese masters
of the respective martial arts. |

Established her own "martial art dance" by integrating
the body movements of Peking Opera, martial arts techniques, and modern
ballet, and introduced it together with the movies she starred on
the theater stages in south-east Asian countries. |

After arrival in Japan, acted in many TV programs
including the famous TV movie "Human Requirements".
Acted in movies "Holidays in Tokyo","President's Success Story" and
others that were produced by Toho Movie Producing Company.
Undertook the choreography of Chinese dance as well as performed for
Nichigeki Theater and Koma Theater. |

Became a lecturer of Chinese dance at Toho School
of Performing Arts. |

to her friends. |

a charity play "Dreams Come True" for friendship of Japanese-American

throughout Taiwan and spread it all over the country. |

Ho Bao), the biggest Taiwanese newsrpaper. |

and jazz exercise. |

Times" which was on "qi", the vital energy, and "kenbi"(health and
beauty) covering "qi" itself, "kiho",healthcare methods, health and
hygiene methods, Chinese dietary methods, martial arts, and hygiene
methods, Chinese dietary methods, martial arts, and beauty culture. |

In 1992, published a book titled "気と漢方食事法"(Qi and
Chinese Dietary Method). Changed the name of the exercise from "Kenbicise"
to the present "Kiho-Kenbicise". |

Became a lecturer of "qi", Chinese Dietary Method,
and "Kiho-Kenbicise" at the Mitsukoshi Culture Center inTokyo. |

In 1997, in Germany, taught the "Kihocise" for prevention
of motor troubles and "Kiho-kaiyucise" for curing physical disorders
to about 500 high-grade members of the Germany Karate Federation. |

In 1998, published a book titled "気法練丹操"(Kiho-lentancise). |

At the Zenshinza Theater, gave a "Lecture Commemorating
the Publication of "気法練丹操" (Kiho-lentancise) As Well As Celebrating
the 30th Anniversary of "Kenbicise"". |

In 1999, at Yokohama La Pole, performed again "Keiko
Asai's Kihocise Lecture And Demonstrations". |

Produced a video tape titled "視覚気法と練丹操 "(visual kiho
